2020 Vision Recordings

Falling is the second album from 2020Soundsystem. Three years in the making since the debut album 'No Order', written and recorded in Leeds, Manchester and Mar Del Plata and with a sound  influenced, honed and inspired on the road at high profile gigs and festivals around the globe. 

This is the sound of a band that have succeeded in becoming much more then a sum of its parts, with influences from all four band members clearly identifiable, but combining to create a signature sound.
Remixes of vocal tracks ‘Sliding Away’ and ‘Falling’ have already been released and given people a taste of how it might sound (as well as being massive underground hits), but you need to sit down and listen to the album from start to finish to get a clear picture of where they’re coming from. 
'Falling' manages to balance songs with dance tracks and still retain the overall flow and feel of a live 2020Soundsystem set, from the lush vocal arrangements of ‘Every Time’, ‘Sliding Away and ‘Falling’, festival jam session favourites ‘Bisco’ and ‘Psycho’ to more dubby workouts like ‘Dark Matter’ and ‘Broken’. It also opens up and ventures away from dance music with tracks like ‘Closure’ and ‘Way Of Life’.
