Audiojack are leading the new wave of young producers who have taken the electro house sound and turned it on its head to produce a sonic hybrid of grimy house and breaks inspired by the sounds of James Zabiela and Erotic Discourse. You'e as likely to hear it at Fabric on a Friday night played by Evil 9, as you are to hear Tiefschwarz playing it in the same room on a Saturday. The Leeds-based pair are arguably one of the most talented and exciting electronic music acts to develop in recent years and with only 12 months since they began laying down their first sounds together we know there will be many more exciting, fresh projects to come from these guys. In this short time Audiojack have gathered an enviable group of international DJs spanning many genres who support their sound including Deep Dish, Paul Woolford, Lee Burridge, James Zabiela, Nic Fanciulli, Timo Maas, Umek, Black Strobe, Luciano, Steve Lawler, Craig Richards, Funk D'Void and Ralph Lawson to name a few. Their first original production "Robot" released on Leftroom Limited has dominated leading DJs sets since it's release in July 06 selling several thousand copies and has found fans in Paul Woolford, Lee Burridge and James Zabiela. It now stands as the biggest selling Progressive & Tribal categorized record of all time on DJDownload.Com and features in their all time Top 10 covering every genre. After loving Robot, Paul Woolford asked the guys to remix his recent underground classic Erotic Discourse on 2020Vision and after a meeting with us they secured record deal. White Noise is their second release and could be an updated close-relation to the classic Timo Maas mix of Azzido Da Bass, doing as much damage to the dancefloor. Coastline and Quicksand continue down the trademark Audiojack route and have found fans in the likes of Evil 9, James Zabiela, Timo Maas and Steve Lawler. Alongside releasing original productions on 2020 Vision, Audiojack are in the process of establishing their own label U.F.O (Underground Frequency Organisation), set to act not only as a stable to release their own material but also for other artists who compliment the label sound. Audiojack are currently working on their debut album for future release through 2020 which will be a formal introduction to the act, setting the musical stance for forthcoming Audiojack albums and solo releases. Stay tuned!
