All three tracks on this EP and subsequent EP’s in the Art Of Tones series are superb examples of the finest deep, melodic, 2020 Vision electronic soul. A much needed alternative to the glut of German marching music that seems to be doing the rounds, if you ask me.
Van Again is the deepest cut on the EP and is an instant classic, with its lush, warm pads, and melodic, hypnotic Detroit stylings.
Catch The Pig is a tougher affair, mixing solid beats with a funky analogue bassline, whilst still keeping the trade mark Art Of Tones melodic signatures intact.
Tour De Rhin round the EP off in style with an electrofunk twist, all bouncy beats and disco stabs that can’t fail to get the party started.
An all round superb debut and a very exciting start for this hot talent.
