Motor City Drum Ensemble
Motor City Drum Ensemble is the recording alias for Danillo Plessow and showcases his house and techno leanings, taking his cues from the classic deep Detroit sound and the emerging deep house sound from Berlin. Based in Germany's very own motor city Stuttgart, Danillo obviously sees these scenes from an outsiders perspective which means his music can take on these influences yet remain distinctively different and refreshingly unique. He who also makes up half of the acclaimed Inverse Cinematics production duo (Pulver/Fluid Ounce) and released his first record ynder this name aged just 16.
A precocious young talent, Danilo's productions on his own Four Roses and MCDE labels, and now 2020Vision have made him one to watch from those in the know.
